For security reasons we only ask for partial card details, enough for us to locate your parking transaction from the transaction files.     Why have I been charged twice on my bank statement?

    This can happen if there’s a delay in your statement being updated, i.e a purchase made 5days ago and 4days ago appear on your statement today, this may appear that you’ve been charged twice on the same day for parking. We’ll be able to verify if this is the case.

    Another scenario is where there’s transactions in “Pending” mode on your mobile app, this happens when the acquirer has not cleared any of your transactions with your bank yet, once the clearing process has taken place you’ll be refunded the “cancelled” transaction, if it takes longer than 5 days let us know and we’ll investigate further for you.

    Can I get a refund?

    Yes, there is a refund facility to the card number that made the transaction. If the transaction is made using the contactless feature of your phone or watch, please supply the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the device’s digital card number linked to you bank account number.

    How long does it take to go back into my account?

    It can take up to 5 working days, but it’s normally in your account within 3 working days
